1. Users may download and install a trial copy of SYNOPSYS for no charge; this copy will run in restricted mode. During the trial period, telephone and email support is provided free of charge up to a maximum of 10 incidents.
2. Registration begins with the receipt of the registration fee (currently $2500 US). Registered users receive a set of anaglyph glasses for use with some features of SYNOPSYS. Registered users also receive unlimited telephone and email support for one year from the date of registration. Support may be extended from year to year with an additional payment of $500 for each additional year. Program updates may be downloaded by licensed users during the term of their support whenever they are made available by OSD, Inc. on its Web page.
3. Upon receipt of the registration fee, we will send a hardware security key to the address given by the customer at the time of registration This key, when inserted into a USB drive, and provided that the requisite drivers are installed, will unlock all features of the program. The program will not operate if the customer's support period has expired prior to the release date of that version of the program.
4. If a security key becomes lost, the customer must purchase
a new license. If a key malfunctions, we will replace it at no
charge after the malfunctioning key has been returned to us.
