Keys
Be aware that the security key is
our guarantee that the user is a licensed customer. It is our
policy, in line with other software vendors, that we do not replace
lost keys under the same license. If you lose your key, you must
purchase a new license. If a key is damaged or malfunctions, we
will replace it at no charge -- after we have received the defective
key and verified that it no longer works.
So please consider the key to be valuable, and carefully control its
whereabouts.
